For items costing $100 or less (including discounts or promotions) and requiring an international return, we will refund 80% of the purchase price. All you need provide is a simple explanation of the defect and accompanying photo. You don't need to return the item to us but please let us know within 15 days of receipt.
For all other purchases:
- Purchases must be returned within 15 days and only qualify if the product is damaged or defective
- Details of the damage or defectiveness must be provided with the return, please provide as much as possible
- All items must be returned in their original condition and without any alterations by third parties
- All returns are for refund only. If a replacement is required it must be ordered again.
- Non-Defective returns will be refunded the purchase price excluding any shipping charges and minus a 15% restock fee.
